Parking is available in a private driveway with space for 2 vehicles. The parking is located to the rear of the property. The parking can be accessed by following St Marys to the end of the road where you will have two left turns which lead to a lane at the rear of the street. Once there 10 St Marys will be signposted and is roughly half way up the lane after a slight s-bend. On exit we recommend continuing out towards the top of the street which offers a wider turning and closer exit to the main road.

Please note that due to the age of the buildings and construction of the street, please take caution when accessing the lane to the rear as the entry is narrow.

The property is a short 7-10 min walk from the train station.

To reach the property, exit the station and turn left, then follow the signs for Marygate/Scarborough bridge. This will lead to scarborough bridge and across the river Ouse. Once on the other side you will see Marygate car park which is at the bottom of St Marys. If you follow the path alongside the car park you will reach a set of steps which lead to St Marys and the property will be half way up on the right.

Taxis are also available at the station and will take roughly 5-7 mins depending on traffic.

Most guests choose to have a contact free arrival using our key lock box, which is located on the inside of the rear gate, allowing you to arrive at your leisure. Once inside the property you will find two additional sets of keys to use for your stay. The lock box code will be shared prior to your arrival.

If preferred, a guided tour can also be arranged in advance with a member of the team. This option is available up until 6pm.

If you choose to have a contact free entry but are worried about missing out on any information, fear not, as all the information shared is available on site upon arrival.

All towels and bed linen are included for your stay. Each guest will be provided with a large bath sheet and hand towel, as well as a bathmat per bathroom.

We also provide a starter kit in the form of a range of coffee and teas, as well as a bottle of milk in the fridge, some kitchen roll and dishwasher tabs. All utilities ie gas, electric and water is included within your stay. We also provide each bathroom with a miniature shampoo, shower gel and body lotion, as well as two toilet rolls per bathroom. There is also a large range of cutlery, crockery, glassware and kitchenware provided for you use.

The property has a washer dryer available for guest use. We do not supply detergent for this due to the many different requirements of guests.

Yes, complimentary broadband wifi is available through the property. Average speed is around 25Mbps.

Yes, instructions to use the sauna are included in the on-site guest information book and nearby the sauna control panel itself.

We have digital freeview on all televisions within the property. They are also smart TVs, so you can connect to your Netflix, Amazon Prime etc accounts if you so wish. Please just remember to sign out of your login before you leave!

10 St Marys can accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 rooms. The beds are all king size double beds and are unable to be separated into twins.  

Other than registered guide and hearing dogs belonging to those with visual and/or hearing impairments, no pets are allowed at the property.
