Ground Floor

This continues inside 10 St. Mary’s, with the towering ceilings and central oak staircase forming an impressive sight as you enter.
The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area makes up the remainder of the ground floor. It is all designed with comfort and luxury at its heart.
In the spacious living area, sumptuous leather sofas and a large electric fire create the perfect place to relax. Overlooked by the 55” TV, there is nowhere better to enjoy some laid-back family time.
Original features such as the cast iron radiators help the house retain its historic charm, while contemporary additions like the underfloor heating ensure the highest levels of comfort.
You will find the most modern amenities in the kitchen, where top-of-the-range appliances and immaculate worktops make cooking a joy.
First Floor
Master Bedroom
The first flight up the oak staircase takes you to the master bedroom. Grandly decorated and exceedingly spacious, it surpasses even the finest hotels for comfort and elegance.
In addition to the king-size bed and the dressing table, the bedroom sofa, leather porter’s chair, and walk-in wardrobe all help to create a space where you can truly relax. The 55” television adorning the wall completes the room.
You will find further opportunities to unwind in the master bedroom’s airy en-suite, with a free-standing slipper bath providing a most sumptuous soak. There is also a large walk-in shower.
Second Floor
Supremely Comfortable Bedrooms
Another ascent to the top of the house takes you to two smaller but no less comfortable bedrooms, each with king-size beds, fitted wardrobes and 40” televisions.
These rooms share a separate, beautifully finished bathroom, containing a lovely double-ended bath and walk-in shower.
Basement

Undoubtedly, the basement is what sets 10 St. Mary’s apart from your typical high-class holiday rental.
Let the camaraderie flow as you engage in friendly competition in the games room – either on the stylish pool table or at the dartboard. Another 55” TV mounted on the wall rounds off your den of entertainment.
You will also find a large Finnish-style sauna in the basement – an ideal place to simmer down after a fierce pool competition, perhaps. Or simply the perfect way to relax and recover after a long day exploring York. A separate shower room and toilet complete the basement.
